Although I’m not an appraiser, and cannot offer opinions on purchase or sale price, many real estate agents and clients who contact me “early in the game” (before or immediately after an offer is presented) have obtained my suggestions and guidance with respect to the various legal aspects and issues dealt with in Agreements of Purchase and Sale – and this has occasionally resulted in money saved for my clients!  You can even reach me after hours or on the weekends by leaving a voicemail at the office on my extension: 416-961-3441 x26.  I hope clients and agents understand that I cannot always return calls immediately but I do attempt to return all calls in a timely manner.
