A Toronto-based Wills & Estate Lawyer Can Help You Simplify The Process And
Guide You With Confidence.
It’s critically important to plan for the future and construct a clear plan for how your assets will be distributed after you pass away. It's also just as vital to consider who you’d like to empower to help make decisions on your behalf if you became incapacitated and unable to make decisions for yourself.
When you are concerned about passing on your assets effectively, in accord with your wishes, and with minimal challenge, you should consult with an experienced Wills and Estates lawyer.
I can help you with the following:
Wills, Estates, and Powers of Attorney and other aspects of Estate Planning increasingly are all part of my practice. In meeting with clients I help them to focus on the various issues to consider in the process.
I work with a full range of clients: from those who have basic Estates, to those clients with a more complex array of assets requiring specific financial planning. Where the situation requires, I will recommend that my clients involve their accountants, financial advisors, and/or their life insurance representative.
My practice involves preparing both Wills and Powers of Attorney — for both Property and Personal Care (also known as a “Living Will”). When meeting clients I always strive to fully understand their needs and objectives. I discuss their individual situations in detail, so that I can offer them some guidance before preparing their Wills and Powers of Attorney.
I also help clients keep up-to-date, by sending out reminders on a regular
basis, to ensure they review their Wills and Powers of Attorney.
