I am pleased to advise that the fourth edition of my book, Legal Responsibilities of Real Estate Agents, 4th ed. has now been published. Once again I have collaborated on the book with my friend, co-author and excellent research lawyer Rosemary Bocska, and it is again aimed primarily at real estate agents, although it is also being acquired by lawyers and members of the public. Sales have been doing very well and have exceeded expectations so far.
Interestingly, sales have not been limited to people in Ontario but in several other provinces.
